I Have An Announcement!!

Let me start by saying; I love setting new goals.  I don’t think there is ever a point when I’m not dreaming and brainstorming.  As the famous C.S. Lewis quote goes “you are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.”  These goals are reached from taking steps and making changes and are needed at times to keep forward momentum going in life.  So… wondering what all this is about?  Well I4DESIGN has been in business for almost 2 years (wow… where did the time go!) and I love every aspect of this field and feel honored to still be in business, however, Interior Design is only one aspect of the housing market.  I believe that the skills and knowledge I have can come in really handy and be a great asset in many other areas of this multi-faceted industry.  So I got to brainstorming and I came up with a crazy plan.  I started taking steps towards a new goal in an area where I feel Interior Design will be the most beneficial, real estate.  I’m excited to announce that I received my California Real Estate Salesperson License! Doesn’t that just seem to fit?  Real estate and Interior Design? They go together perfectly like peanut butter and jelly, white on rice, spaghetti and (ok I think you get the point).  What an asset to have when working with a realtor: buyers can get professional design advice when searching for their perfect home and sellers can take advantage of home staging expertise that will maximize their home’s marketability.  Score!

I assure you that I4DESGIN is not closing!!!  We are just embracing yet another area that we can be of service in. I am proud to say I have a position at The Real Estate Group in Redding, CA.  It is my opinion that I am joining the most successful real estate company in Shasta County.  I will be maintaining a high standard of honesty, integrity and professionalism.  I truly feel that keeping my client’s best interests at heart and maintaining these high standards are of the utmost importance. 

My goal has always been and still is to help bring your visions to life… whether through design or as a realtor, I take pride in knowing the end result will be something you will truly be proud of.  Spread the word and keep me in mind for all your real estate and design needs.  I am so grateful for all your support.  If you have any questions and/or comments… I would LOVE to hear!
