Choosing a Designer

I just wanted to write a quick blog emphasizing the importance of being able to find an interior designer that works with your needs and compliments your design style and personality.  Choosing a designer that can take into consideration your wants/needs and mix that with their expertise to come up with a truly one-of-a-kind space that’s all “you” is essential for your long-term overall satisfaction with the design process and end product.  Understand too that the interior designer is a professional and you are hiring them to come up with an amazing space that you will be proud of (maybe because you are unsure of what to do when it comes to interior design or not sure exactly how to pull all your ideas together to make them work). This sometimes means you may have to take a step back and give them a little freedom to come up with something really spectacular.  Trust is the key; that is why you have to find someone that you mesh well with and who wont neglect your design style, needs/wants, and personality in designing for you.
